Pros

Working for Savatree has been a great learning experience. They offer many opportunities for training at the shop, on the job site, and have supplemental information to study on your own which really helps to enforce the hands on learning.

Cons

Personally, a downside to working for Savatree is it is a large corporate company. Some of the policies in place I don't always agree with but manage to adapt to them easily.
