Pros

Passionate people [to a fault], highly trained and professional work crews, fair compensation, excellent HR Director, new COO is terrific to work with and is a real pro

Cons

Seems management at corporate is a bit secretive, not understanding the importance of relating to stakeholders when making policy changes. The culture is not inclusive yet they preach teamwork.

Never seen such high turn over

Pros

The branches have such camaraderie and become like a family over time.

Cons

The turn over with this company is unreal, I have never seen this with any other company I have worked for. It is understandable that the field position have turn over but the Corporate Office is a joke. Don't bother getting to know the HR department because its likely that those people won't be there in a few months. How can you establish integrity and confidence if the HR department is constantly changing. It makes it very hard for me to trust and want to work with them, so most of the time you find branches just doing the work on their own. The Accounting Department is another sad story. I have had vendors complain to me that they never know who they will be dealing with because of the high turnover. This again causes distrust and lost confidence in the company. The CFO is out of line with the way he talks to and treats people. I have heard too many complaints about him to list. I cannot understand how such a vile person gets away with the things he does and question how he is still employed. There appear to be no morals or values there.
