      Pros

      -Schedule flexibility for child care, family emergency ect. -They make you feel appreciated and valued as an employee -There is a lot of training and advancement opportunities if you want them -Very reasonable hours and opportunities for over time -Friendly management, other employees and clients give the branch a family/ small business atmosphere

      Cons

      -No Maternity or paternity leave - expensive insurance -very small office space

      Love My Job

      Pros

      Great Team, at our location and throughout the company. When ever I have a question, they are always willing to find an answer. Each branch is their own family/team so it has the feel of a smaller company even though we have grown.

      Cons

      Sometimes you have to wait for answers although they always come thru. Some people find change hard, and changes happen through the growing process.

      Pros

      Strong Safety, Continuous Improvement & Learning Culture! If you want to learn something new every day and keep busy all day long, this is the company for you. Management is supportive both at the local branches and the Corporate office. If you want to succeed and are willing to work hard, you will prosper at SavATree!

      Cons

      Not a con; but important to know... This is a fast-growing company and if you are someone who is resistant to change and progress, this is not the company for you.
