      Poor management , promise you the moon and give you a paper plate , no pay raises.

      It started out ok but then went downhill quickly.

      Cons

      The talk and preach about treating everyone right, honest, fair, etc... but unless you are in the good ol' boys club, you are just another number that they don't really care about.

      Pros

      Solid company, will be around for the long term. Smart, aggressive leadership who extend great opportunities to similar individuals who are willing to go where the opportunities are. Financially well-managed.

      Cons

      The tight-knit community that used to exist has given way to a more corporate, ruthless atmosphere. It's unfortunate, in my opinion - not as enjoyable to work there as it was in the past.
