Excellent culture, focused on doing the right things to safely and reliably create value for customers while balancing company and employee needs. Savage cares about its people and about helping them grow and develop.

Cons

Still a very unstructured and flexible company, trying to grow up into a big company, so there are a lot of new policies coming out. Trying to find the right balance between standardizing without becoming bureaucratic.

Savage has a great senior leadership team, effective management practices, an incredible culture, abundant growth opportunities and career paths, and a phenomenal benefits package. The company is growing rapidly through organic growth and strategic acquisitions. I would recommend Savage to a friend.

Cons

I'm very happy working here - can't think of any cons.
