You can travel to a hick town in Utah for training, lots of O/T

Cons

Pasadena TX operations, have no growth and you don't want to work at the Clear Lake Plant, supervisor doesn't know what hes doing,on ego trip and is trouble from the start,VERY HIGH TURN OVER RATE.....

Savage Baytown management is useless.

The pay is decent and the benefits are good. Not much else to say, get yourself trained and move on quickly!

Cons

Management and supervisors are useless. The safety record for the site is unbelievably high for such a low number of employees! Maintenance is a joke, because it is just a shell game.
