Great Company

Pros

The company is privately held which allows for some creative business development and adherence to the core values of the founders. The founders wanted the business to continue in to provide opportunities for people. The company truly offers many opportunities for folks to do things they never dreamed possible

Cons

As the company grows, there seems to be a tendency for the corporate office to become less in tune with the scattered operations. Not sure how much more they can expand under the current model.

Pros

They gave me a lot of opportunity to grow. Ability to manage the way I saw fit. Operations manager knew who to trust and who to restrict.

Cons

When it came to financial and personnel decisions, they almost completely refused to listen.
