      The opportunity to work in this field and gain the knowledge of how an operation of this size works and very valuable.

      Cons

      The starting pay could be and should be a lot more than it is. The refinery that we are working inside of starts they employees more that $15 an hour ahead of us. Our company are used as the laborers and locomotive operators. Our starting pay should be a lot more than it is.
