Decent pay. Tools pretty straightforward how to use and many willing to answer questions if asked. Decent communication of team

"clique" environment. A few toxic people in upper and lower positions that you basically get told " your just not used to it yet" even years later. Yup. Still toxic people. If you don't socialize outside of work hours don't expect to grow. Or feel included.
