Good Compensation, Not Worth the Stress

Pros

The compensation is very competitive. There is never a lack of work to complete. The basic training that is for the whole company is very advanced.

Cons

The job specific training is terrible, you are forced to figure everything out yourself. When you ask questions the easiest answer is given without asking what you've tried even if that one doesn't work there isn't more direction given because everyone else is so stressed. The team is working on other projects meaning that there is no collaboration and everyone is siloed.

Good coworkers, will fire you for no reason and then try to keep the PTO you earned. Savage only cares about profits.
