I was recruited to Savage by one of its team members and I couldn't be happier that I made the move! I hadn't heard much about Savage before I interviewed with them and I was immediately impressed with the people and the direction of the company. The culture is great and the leadership team is genuine and seems to really care about their employees.

Cons

We're growing at a rapid pace and it can be hard, at times, to keep up with that growth.
