You will be pushed very hard and it's more than just challenging.

Cons

The stress level here is always at an all time high. It's almost impossible to cope up with all the job requirements unless your multitasking skills are at a superhuman level.

Cons

We work in teams but there's no teamwork. Training is not very good like what the management expects from you. You're just here to take in complaints from clients try to resolve them, get shouted at if you don't, then repeat.

Throws you into stressful situations that makes for good character building, I suppose.

Cons

There was a significant lack of leadership on the ground. During my employment with Savant Learning Systems, I felt demeaned and underappreciated. The CEO was nothing less than a bully. In addition incompetent people are promoted, competent are taken advantage off. All in all, I wouldn't recommend anyone to work here.
