Thrown into the pit

Pros

There was a bond between trainees during training, then it gets different when you're thrown into the pit.

Cons

Transitioning from training to real work was hard. It wasn't a smooth ride and the training wasn't enough to make the trainees feel ready for real work. Training should be more intensive and focused then make it a step by step process before throwing them in to the pit.

Pros

There are some really hardworking people here and I pity them for not being able to get out.

Cons

It was hard to stay working for a company where the management didn't really care about their employees. They cared a lot more about making revenue than making sure employees are motivated and engaged. It was hard to say motivated when your welfare wasn't even cared about.

I didn't find any pros even after thinking hard for minutes

Cons

This place is full of rude and shameless people. Most seniors consider themselves as your boss, no matter whether they are or not. Also, the management lies about stuff like vacation time and lies shamelessly. I don't think anyone can survive here more than I did.
