      Pros

      ceo father and son are amazing folks Usually consistant work available depending department, and overtime usually available.

      Cons

      Usual bad manufacturing breathing/health hazzards, managers will have a hard time leading old staff as many are unwilling to make changes to better processes for the company to grow. Does not focus hard enough on old clients.. internal issue.. to name a few.. proceed with caution..
