Where do I start: 1. No clear mission or goals with the company 2. Staff are underpaid and over worked 3. No investment in Infrastructure and it shows 4. Huge disconnect with Senior Level Staff (This is a huge issue)

Mandatory in-office policy with no flexibility. Roles advertised and contracted as hybrid were later shifted to full return-to-office. Culture prioritizes presence over performance. Emphasis appears to be on filling the office rather than enabling strong, flexible teams. Excessive interview process. Five to six rounds without added clarity on culture or expectations — a significant time investment with limited payoff. Compensation and benefits are just okay. Not competitive enough to offset the lack of flexibility. No clear growth path. Limited visibility into career progression, roadmap, or long-term role development. High tolerance for attrition. Leadership appears willing to lose strong contributors to maintain the RTO stance. Product maturity concerns. Customers evaluating the software should proceed with caution and request clear QA documentation or conduct an extended trial before committing.
