Pros

-Alright pay -Work/Life flexibility - Nice enough people

Cons

-Lack of diversity at corporate office -Benefits are not that great, mid to low level in my opinion -Communication is a huge struggle overall, usually conflicting messages to departments. -Lots of tribal knowledge, not a lot of processes are documented or different departments do things differently. - Insincere progressiveness in business policies and decisions, they often hit the lowest mark/easiest target/cheapest decision possible. -

Pros

Halloween not Christmas is your big season so you can have a life at Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Cons

HR makes it very difficult to be a manager. You can’t do what is right or even give an honest review without constant scrutiny. Team members have all the power and managers have none. Very high turnover.
