Ok as a first job

Pros

Paid vacations, holiday pay, access to health insurance (though it's a bit costly). Regular pay raises. Cross-training is possible, if you choose to do it. Also, there are employee discounts. But most of all, it's a paycheck, and a reasonable first job with potential to make contacts for other, better employment elsewhere.

Cons

There is a tendency toward a toxic work environment, with difficult-to-reach quotas for production staff and arbitrary enforcement of rules across the board. Management can be spiteful, and favoritism plays a large role in promotion. Training for any position is also pretty lacking.
