Pros

They advance current employees. They help non-profits. They give bonuses when we hit targets. They re-directed past employees. Transfers are possible if an opening. If you are an outside hire you get extensive training before you start. Medical benefits are good. 401k is offered. Company adds to it as well.

Cons

Pay is low for any level employee. Insurance prices are going up. No monetary holiday bonus as before. Open too late every day of the year.
