Pros

A busy job. Great Learning Experiences. Retail Sales Manager is very nice. RSM is the friendliest member on the upper management team.

Cons

Overwork you. Low Pay. No bonuses. Long hours. 45-50 hour work week. Very poor communication and professional skills.. Too many nights. Too many employees who aren't fluent english causing a communication barrier.

Pros

Good pay, great training. You get a discount on merchandise and you learn a lot about thrift and recycling goods.

Cons

Unstable, very corporate. They don't pay tm's ( like most company's) enough to care so they screw management all the time.
