Pros

I got a paycheck every other week.

Cons

Employees are severely underpaid and overworked. Management has no idea what they are doing or how to run the store 95% of the time. Management micromanaged the good employees to their breaking point and left the employees who deserved the micromanagement alone. Hours per check stayed the same but the checks kept getting smaller.

Pros

Working with saver's was an okay experience. I never had to deal with customers, but my store had some horror stories passed along. The coworkers I had were pretty laid back which was nice, but overall this job is just a job. The only positive I can really mention is the discount.

Cons

Saver's was extremely dirty. The working conditions were not very good, as on hot days they didn't even have box-fans to keep you somewhat cool. The management was not very forgiving either, as they weren't even so kind as to allow me more than one bathroom break a day. this job is not worth minimum wage.
