Pros

15 min breaks, generally nice coworkers. You get a pretty decent discount at all locations. They work around school schedules.

Cons

Has become corporate money grabbers and forgot they are a thrift store. Management has no clue how to manage and follow a philosophy of if it breaks we may fix it instead of preventing it in the first place. Cares less and less about their employees.

Pros

Easy work, great mission, can be a very fun work environment with some great incentives, easy to pick up more hours

Cons

I had several issues that I took to my boss and the people above them and nothing was ever done. Me and another employee did so much work with no questions and got criticized and never once received positive recognition. For being what it is it just wasn't worth it. Pay sucked as well.
