Pros

The coworkers were friendly and helpful for a newcomer. Became friends with some and still maintain contact with them. Learned about being on cash.

Cons

Often walked in on one of the managers gossiping about me to one of my coworkers, because I called in once to say I couldn't attend work because I was headed to the hospital. Despite having to wear a heart monitor at work she thought I lied about it. They waited until my last day of the 3 months probation to fire me without a reason why. I was always on time, in uniform and ready to work. Working there began to affect my mental health.

Pros

good discounts, good pay, friendly atmosphere, always something to do

Cons

constant shoplifting and tag switching, cheap and rude customers, customers that steal donations, holding up the queue with price checks, exchanges, returns that need management authorization, bit behind with technology and modern systems eg. club card
