Pros

Only most of the people I work with.

Cons

Poor management and excessive favoritism. One had does not know what the other is doing. Asked to perform a job by person(s) who do not perform the job daily, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, so they have no clue what is involved. Allowing disruptive and or bullying behavior due to being short staffed or the person otherwise generally knows their job. The company may tout the good that they do but they certainly do not have the employees best interests at heart.

Pros

I honestly can't think of any.

Cons

Employees forced to work too fast. One employee died unpacking a loaded gun from a bag of donations.
