Flexible when it comes to scheduling, straight Mon through Friday work schedule.

Cons

Crap Pay for what you are doing, they make you push out so much product, even if you are getting crappy product. Its not your fault.

Pros

Excellent coworkers, high growth, reasonable pace of change. I found that all levels of management were approachable and stuck by the open door policy. Even during very stressful times a positive outlook was maintained.

Cons

Can take a bit longer than you want for decisions to get made but in general the teams were able to work together and deliver satisfactory results.
