      Pros

      some of the co-workers are fun to work with. some regular customers not bad to deal with on a daily basis.

      Cons

      my store has gone down hill since the beginning of the year. We've had a lack of good management, a very high turn over rate and over all miserable employees. Their is no proper training for the new employees,constant changing of the schedule and the rules. And over all no respect for employees.

      Pros

      - You'll get that paycheck and all the pay you earned - Some benefits to full-time employees (vacation, dental and medical) - Discount on the merchandise that hasn't been sold in the past two days - 30 minute and two 15 minute breaks for full-time workers - $100 quartly bonuses whoopty-doo

      Cons

      - Horrendous management, they will belittle you and make you feel stupid for choosing to work for them. - They don't call it Slavers for nothing. They will make sure you have sure you have a task at all times and will constantly assume that you are doing something wrong. - Managers are overpaid with salary and will constantly be found doing the complete opposite of what is expected in the work place and what is asked for team members.(taking merchandise and talking on cellphone) - They claim to promote internally, yet my manager was working at McDonald's a few months ago.

      Pros

      Great hard working resilient people with hearts of gold. They will accomplish the impossible for a good manager.

      Cons

      The place is dirty, really dusty and can be gross. People with allergies or at all squeamish will not do well. Even if you have never had allergies in your life you will develop them. The positions are hard on you body and L&I claims are high.
