      Pros

      Pay rates and bonus are good. The marketing and sales teams are doing well.

      Cons

      The backend cannot keep up with the front end. Not a nice place to work. Nothing works. Processes are none existent. Bad reputation with the customers. Everybody is permanently stressed.

      process maturity - this will be fixed over time.. fast growth makes today's process obsolete.. need to continue to scale
