Fast on-boarding and swift responses by HR and other Teams.

Cons

- Being a product company, no culture at all. - People in Managerial positions are no good to drive teams. - No process, no vision, no direction atleast for the team i was part of - Made the culture in team a circus - Ridiculous man management skills - Micro Management to the core - None from HR, Senior Leadership even tried a bit to retain me - None replied to my feedback/resignation email - None have clarity - Not one member in my team of 14, were to stay. Along with me 4 others left (including Manager)

I don't find anything in 3 months.

Cons

There is no proper KT for new joiners. If I ask for any help - they do say check in a FAQ, Solutions, etc. No one guides you in the right way. Because they too don’t know solution/s to query. Tenured team members will not make you comfortable or have a friendly environment within a team. If you are joining this company then kindly do the proper research of the company, do ask your friends and co-workers on the same.
