Good place to work upon. Everyone works as a team. No micro managenent. People are mature enough to understand their responsibilty

Cons

Nothing as such now. Process needs to be streamlined but that is already in progress.

I saw with my own eyes that the managers adding positive and 5 starts reviews in the Glassdoor. That alone shows how fake this company is. the best employee of the company is someone who doesn't sleep and available to work day and night. so much for work-life balance

Pros

Saviynt was started and is run by thought leaders and senior engineers in the Identity Management & Governance space. The tech is solid and innovative and company continues to grow in market share and maturity. Excellent caliber of people as well.

Cons

Sales ops and Marketing are still a challenge, though growing. Company in midst of transformation from Engineering-driven to mature Enterprise company. Pay is much more competitive than in the past but don't expect much in way of equity. Mentoring/Training has room for improvement.
