Nothing. I am using this space to write concern. 1. There is no professional way to communicate to employees,. They just communicate like as if they are talking to some road side guy. 2. Lot of work pressure because of no proper plan. 3. No proper time to test the product hence product is full of bugs. 4. There is no CICD 5. Code base is still on groovy grails 6. They say microservice architecture but none of the microservice principles followed and they don't allow to follow also. Rigid mind set. 7. No vision to organization 8. Full of partiality,. No recognition of humanity,leave work. 9. They play very soft in the front, from the back they throw stones. Be very very careful. 10. Many of the employees joined from service base company hence They don't know how to build product. 11. All positive feedback given by force from the india management team, I know the name but I don't want to take here. 12. This company registered in 2018 March or around, but employees working in india since 2015. , Now you judge how much professional ethics they follow. 13. My intension here not to spoil image, but I am worried how this organisation is failing because of wrong people. 14. Stop hiring relatives, group, politics 15. product is full of bugs hence no growth because of bugs they cannot think new. 16. All employees thinking become stagnant because all energy going in how to supress some one. 17. Most of the people in this company are from north and they don't tolerate others. 18.dont give false commitment to employees don't spoil career
