What most people don't say on here is Saviynt is most importantly a family. For new team hires, we love to treat the team to dinner to welcome them (virtual happy hours during quarantine) and show them the area surrounding the office (Manhattan beach, Downtown El Segundo, Marina Del Rey & Santa Monica). We try our best to have a monthly team outing and invite other teams that are at HQ to join us! Free lunch every day at the office is another huge plus :0.
Saviynt brought in a CRO about 5-months ago who has brought a whole new perspective to the sales organization. From what I’ve seen he is a pretty stand up guy, with an approachable leadership style, who knows what he is doing :). Sales are skyrocketing!
We also just hired a new SVP of Marketing, who came to us from Tableau, among other startups. He is extremely knowledgeable and I am personally very excited to see where he brings the Marketing team over the next few months. Hoping it will bring more direction and clarity for not just marketing, but other teams as well. Even though we are a relatively small team within in the organization, we work really closely with Sales, Product & Solutions and Customer Success teams. Each of these teams are incredibly talented, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.
The chairman of the board, former CEO of Saviynt, is one of the most knowledgeable guys in the industry. It is a pleasure to be working under his guidance. He has built a leadership team of incredibly talented and knowledgeable professionals. Together they have built an incredible product and organization.

Cons
Saviynt has experienced crazy growth over the past two years. With rapid growth, sometimes you are forced to take on more responsibilities than you are comfortable with, which can lead to frustration and high turnover. What most people don't see, is that this is an opportunity for you to put yourself outside of your comfort zone. Try things that are outside your scope of work! If you don't succeed, try, try again.
