I had worked for around 1 month Here and was not able to find any Pros.

Cons

Had a very bad experience with DevOps ,Nothing New to learn here. Except few services they are using in cloud. 1.Repetitive task. 2.No proper Infra 3.Worst manager expect to work you all time 4.No new learning just keep doing donkey work.

Saviynt executive leadership in recognizing employee fatigue has implemented additional days off by giving the 4th Friday off every quarter.
