Pros
Contrary to the negative reviews, which seem to be from disgruntled employees that now work for competitors, Saviynt actually solves real world access problems since coming onto the scene in 2015. And they solve them by putting the customer first and leveraging agile engineering to provide immediate solutions for their customers. This fast paced approach is not for those accustomed to hiding out in large organizations buried under layers of management to collect a paycheck. I was happy to see the innovation churn out at a rapid pace for a change and always kept us eager to learn more. Lots of new leadership coming in to help the company grow and meet the demands from customers.
Cons
Questionable hiring of talent. Endured terrible marketing at the hands of an SVP that didn't know the IAM space. Word is that they're bringing talent onboard through their VCs so hoping things will change.
