If you're tired of the same old Enterprise software companies that focus more on Maintenance revenue streams rather than innovation, then this is the place for you. In the 3years I have worked at Saviynt, I have seen some of the best innovative ideas, that leads to an agile product development, resulting in happy and successful customers! With a startup mentality, you have a chance to carve out your own professional development plan and build your career. If you're just out for a job, then this is NOT the place for you. Every employee is looked upon as a Leader and Thought leader in the renewed IGA space.

Cons

It's a startup. Not really a con if you're up for the challenge. There may be a few voids in process. Get used to it, and be ready to lead and there won't be a Con to speak of!
