- Cutting edge technology where everyone strives to keep improving the product, solving problems and understanding customer’s pain points so we can provide an effective solution. - Great leadership that is always encourages its employees to take ownership - I feel like a part of a family at Saviynt working towards a common goal. It doesn’t ever feel like a job.

Cons

Sometimes we are growing so fast we can’t keep up with the overall success of our product

Great culture of smart, innovative, and positive people all driving to make the customer happy! Never worked with such great people who care not about their employees but their customers as well.
