There are no pros. Company has no moral values nor does treat its employees with any respect. AVOID THE FIRM.

Cons

Tons. To start with no employee value. Treats employees like SLAVE. No work Life balance. Product runs only on backend manipulation. They can go any extent to sell product which involves lying to the core. Nothing is transparent and too much politics. Mid level employees like managers and directors just don’t work at all. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATION WHICH HAS NO HUMAN VALUE OR WORK ETHICS AND TOO MUCH OF FAVORABLE POLITICS. IF YOU WANT TO TREATED LIKE SLAVE AND WORK 16-18 hours a day with no weekends THEN JOIN THIS COMPANY. ALL REVIEWS WHICH PORTRAYS COMPANY IN GOOD LIGHT ARE FAKE WITH FAKE ACCOUNTS
