Working at Saviynt lets you operate with an start up mentality, disruptive technology and proven leadership. Autonomy to be the best you can be.

Cons

Being a startup, a mature operational process is not in place. The leadership team has acknowledged this, and are putting people in place to implement.

Strong leadership team that understands how to stay technically ahead of competition, a culture of relentless pursuit of excellent customer service and outstanding product, a work environment where everyone is encouraged and has the opportunity to become a "thought leader".

Cons

If you don't like occasional ambiguity, uncertainty about what tomorrow may bring, or the need to self direct daily tasks, then you might consider Saviynt as having an overly challenging work environment.
