Great technology, good company overall.

Pros

Good pay. The technology is unmatched in the industry and is positioned to do very well. The senior leaders have great vision and ability to execute on it. Flexibility of a smaller company and great opportunity for growth. Most employees are hard workers and very motivated.

Cons

Health benefits and retirement are lacking compared to other software companies. Expense caps are lower than average. Company values could be improved.

Learn new innovative techniques and solutions everyday, completely focussed on client needs and provide solutions that is unmatched by any competitor,Flexible work times, cool office place, team building activities happen in clubs with the company leadership :).

Cons

Everyone's always busy, Less time for team building activities or Knowledge sharing in the office environment, Informal appraisal process/ employee feedback or appreciations

Pros

Casual environment with focus on skills and the work done. Hardly any incompetence seen in any of the colleagues which means they have a good talent management team. Everyone here is team spirited. People work very hard here and are very customer focused. There is room to grow professionally.

Cons

Though fruitful, sometimes work hours can be long and could affect work life balance little bit. Insurance plans are great, costs are alright, wish it could be little lower.
