      Dynamic environment and talented colleagues.

      Pros

      Casual environment with focus on skills and the work done. Hardly any incompetence seen in any of the colleagues which means they have a good talent management team. Everyone here is team spirited. People work very hard here and are very customer focused. There is room to grow professionally.

      Cons

      Though fruitful, sometimes work hours can be long and could affect work life balance little bit. Insurance plans are great, costs are alright, wish it could be little lower.

      start up mentality, everyone focused on one mission, collaborative, family, you have the power to effect change

      Cons

      all small companies have growing pains..if you can't deal with those...stay comfortable at IBM, HP, ATT, (you get the picture)

      Pros

      Saviynt offers a lot of potential for growth in terms of exposure to cutting edge technology implementations, client facing opportunities and a chance to work with industry visionaries like Sachin and Amit. The Saviynt product is capturing market space slowly yet steadily. The future is here.

      Cons

      Considering the exponential growth rate, work life balance can be a concern at times.
