Hire and Fire Culture- Management by Threa

Business Outlook

Pros

Highly Effective Product in the Market, Backed by Strong Product Leadership including CEO

Cons

Hire and Fire Culture • No job security, constant anxiety. • People treated as disposable, not as assets. 2. Support Management by Threat • Fear-based control • Disregard for morale for long tenure employees 3. HR Is Powerless or Sidelined • Not protecting employee interests. • Silent when people are unfairly treated even after reporting to them. . It’s more scary to inform HR as they will higlight the same to support leadedship and life will be more horrible. 4. Change in Roles Without Consent • No process, no discussion—just top-down imposition. • Zero career alignment or respect for employees’ existing contributions. 5. Tension at All Levels • Even managers are scared—suggests total instability. • New support leaders bringing in their “own folks” to replace existing talent (“polished” favoritism). 6. Motivation is Dead • People work under fear, not inspiration. • No recognition, growth, or positivity
