- Product team is totally lost they finalize everything at the last moment just before release as result so much pressure on teams - at the manager tries to find problem in you - if you raise your concerns then you are gone every one will target you

Cons

- I have already mentioned one advice I want to give to the who really care about Saviynt is that please look your culture with this culture you will not be able deliver good product fix your culture your product will automatically fixed
