      Pros

      Great mid-size growing company that has a strong foundation in place, but not everything is “done” yet. You have the ability (and it is encouraged) to make suggestions to improve as well as innovate. It’s a fast pace environment with many talented people.

      Cons

      The fast pace is not for everyone and it’s important that you set boundaries for yourself and communicate with your mgr to avoid burnout.

      Private Company Strong Product - Potential Acquisition Target

      Home office sales - both on-line and travel to accounts. normal sales activities. Strong Sales Engineering team to demo and work with sales. Product well recognized and major clients. Cybersecurity Industry is priority for companies.

      Cons

      Aging Start-up with venture funding. Investors may be ready to sell to get return soon. Normal sales challenges when economic forecasts are not clear.
