Cons

A wolf in sheep’s clothing. Product upgrades take weeks, demonstrations are individually crafted magic shows. Financially weak, customer dissatisfaction.

Learn Saviynt by self and work hard

1. Get call anytime any day even if you are on leave and ask to work. 2. HR team needs improvement, they dont resolve issues , when you reach they do negative feedbacks.

Leadership is not invested in the ppl and no real direction for IT.

Saviynt executive leadership in recognizing employee fatigue has implemented additional days off by giving the 4th Friday off every quarter.
