      Totally unorganized and lack of processes in place

      Can't really think of anything positive. Some recent hires have given hope to the direction of the company from product and messaging perspective

      Cons

      Company still acts like a start up, no process in place, no sales enablement, fend for yourself. Old data in Highspot, Lack of leadership.

      No real work culture

      Remote work Decent health benefits Laptop provided

      Where to start..if you are hired on and let them know you have no experience in the product you will be promised that you will be trained and mentored. The training is very minimal and forget about ever being mentored. You will be thrown into projects and expect to know everything. If you don't, you will be talked down to by management like you are stupid. Also expect to be dragged into meetings all day and then asked why your work wasn't completed when you don't have actual time to complete it .Also be prepared to be micromanaged and constantly asked the status of work you haven't even gotten a chance to start on yet. Upper management is out of touch. I've never worked in such an environment where the employees actually doing the work are treated like robots.

      Good Toolset - Poor Management

      Pros

      While I was fresher I had many opportunities to work with technology and feel acknowledged. Good place to learn identity technology.

      Cons

      Not enough time to complete tasks that are asked. Not enough leaders with business or consulting experience to show you the way. Not enough people to work all the projects makes quality very poor.
