      One of worst company to work with

      Pros

      There is nothing about saviynt. They will kill you and pay nuts.

      Cons

      One of the worst company to work with. CEO will say everyone should work as driver and will get things done left and right, no process and all adhoc work. Sales team will sell something and then CEO will kil everyone to get it done and when appraisal time comes, he would say we are running with losses and will fire incase someone asks question.

      Pros

      Interesting product that is competitive in the market

      Cons

      No training, people are let go quietly and often, different teams lack accountability and are extremely difficult to work with, 50%+ turnover for the sales org in 2023. I would not be comfortable referring a friend here.

      Sketchy leadership with no accountability

      Pros

      There are some good things here including a true desire on behalf of the company to do the right things for employees.

      Cons

      There is not much accountability when product is not delivering, when marketing is not accomplishing much, and when leaders fail to provide the proper direction / strategy. There is horrible communication (example: Former CEO became new CEO but nobody told the company when it was happening, was very confusing for people, etc...). There are also 2 cultures here - A US-based one and an Indian-based one. It feels like it is 2 separate companies.
