After being a contractor as well as a full-time dev for many years, this is honestly the best place I have worked for. Not going to lie, I told my friend who is looking for a job and told him I am actually happy. Wierd to say. We are treated like adults, the teams are amazing to work with and are immensely helpful to new hires.

Cons

I really do not have any, maybe the documentation.

I love being part of a talented team of highly creative and dedicated employees. It’s also uplifting knowing that we are all committed to a common goal: creating learning solutions that empower teachers and inspire young learners. The company is led by an exceptional CEO and a strong management team that cares about and supports employees, effectively communicates its priorities, and consistently provides steady leadership. This has been especially evident during this pandemic. I highly recommend Savvas to anyone looking for a career with exciting, rewarding, and purposeful work.

Forward thinking, inclusive company Savvas rewards those that have a great work ethic and think 'outside the box" Savvas Celebrates and recognizes cultural diversity, next generation learning and new ways of thinking within its staff, suppliers and ultimately the students and teachers we serve.

Cons

As a new company Savvas has done an amazing job of building its infrastructure. There are still a few kinks to work out, but as a whole they are set up to achieve great things.
