good place to work, with a lot of recent growth

Good tech, with latest Angular 12 and Java 11 projects with SpringBoot webflux workflow

Cons

work is good, but it is very centralized in the sense that as a software engineer i cant do deployment activities or have environment access. All these goes to the lead in the team and that becomes very hectic for that person Compensation is average

Overall I enjoyed my job, it was challenging & I worked with a great team developing great products. Great PTO and healthcare benefits. Most of the staff has been there for 10+ years.

Cons

Typical experience across corporate America. When I left my position, I was responsible for 2 additional roles that had been previously eliminated but I did not receive an increase in salary. I spent more time navigating company politics than actually doing my job. Many positions regularly work 60-70 hour weeks. Pay raises were between 1-3% even for top performers.
