Benefits have slowly tightened up in recent years, esp. after the transition from Pearson to Savvas. Financial rewards are not always a direct reflection of one’s own performance. During peak seasons one can expect multiple long work days and weeks, often exceeding sixty hours per week for eight to twelve weeks.
