      Great management that supports its employees, helps them grow and develop. I feel that my work matters and that I am making positive difference for the company and for the team.

      Cons

      I cannot find a meaningful disadvantage working for Savvas. This by far has been the best employment of my career.

      Pros

      Felt welcome right from the start. They wanted to learn about me as a person, not just my skills. I met with multiple individuals on different teams and was able to ask questions as well as answer their questions to determine if I was the right fit.
