Pros

Savvas has great work-life balance. Full remote flexibility is also nice. Most managers seems to care about their employees and are understanding. Very stable, never heard of any layoffs during my time here.

Cons

Fully remote and partially offshore culture can be isolating and feel very sterile. Most engineers have at least 10+ hours of meetings a week. In the majority of these meetings, most are camera off and never participate. Teams at times will hot-potato work to other teams trying to avoid responsibility. Savvas only recruits interns and associates from a very small pool of colleges, limiting talent. Career progression limited after senior level.

Wavering accountability

Pros

There are some really kindhearted, good people who want to do right by their peers and customers.

Cons

Accountability wavers from team to team and it is clear leadership shows favoritism to specific teams. Field AMs can do no wrong and do not have to follow directives given to everyone else on the sales team, which then hinders other members of the sales team.

Wellness Benefits

Pros

The company genuinely prioritizes employee wellness, offering great flexibility, mental health support, and work–life balance. It’s clear they want people to feel cared for and not burned out.

Cons

While the wellness perks are valuable, the pay tends to be lower than at similar organizations, which can make it harder to overlook when considering long-term growth.
