Savvas has many talented employed people.
Cons
They don't value employees tenure. You are better off to leave the company and come back to get a raise. We worked hard to become a "billion dollar" company and every employee received a 50Cent fake coin mailed to them to celebrate. (slap in the face) From the top down there is a "culture" problem- they just don't care about their employees; it is all about the revenue.
